Trading Hours

Monday - Saturday: 8am - 6pm

Sundays & Public Holidays: By Application, Minimum Spend Applies.

Delivery is available outside these hours however additional fees may apply.

Placing Orders

All orders can be placed online, our lead time is 24 hours for most products.

Payment Terms & Methods of Payment

We accept Cash, Credit Card & Bank Transfer.

Pre-payment is required for all new clients.

We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Bank Transfers are also accepted once you are setup and approved for a Client Account.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Last minute orders may incur a surcharge.


We deliver Sydney wide. Additional fees apply for outer suburbs and areas.

Pick-up is also available from our store in Burwood free of charge.

Hot Food may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the stated delivery time.

Cold Food may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the stated delivery time.

Deliveries may be left unattended if nobody is available.

Our drivers will remain on site for a maximum of 15 minutes. If delivery is missed we may be able to re deliver later at a cost.

Product Issues

If a product is not right, or for any other discrepancy, please let our office know within 48 hours.

We may ask for photos of the products or more information to assess the issue and provide a credit/refund where possible. Any issues raised outside the 48 hour time frame will not be processed.

Dietary & Other Requirements

We can cater to guests with allergies however orders are made in a kitchen that contain eggs, seafood, nuts, gluten, milk, sulphites, lupin amongst many others.

We cannot guarantee the complete absence of any ingredients, trace elements may be present and cross contamination may occur. Please be aware of this risk as we do not assume liability for reactions from consumption.


A minimum of 2 business days notice is required to cancel most orders. Buffet orders require a minimum of 5 business days notice to cancel. A full refund will be credited directly to your credit card or bank account. Cancellation with less than the required lead time will result in 100% charge to cover costs and no refund will be available.

Product Availability

If a product is not available a supplementary product will be given, otherwise if nothing is available a full refund will be applied.
